1Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "cl333" refers to the cl333 online gaming and sports betting platform, accessible at cl333.io, and all associated services operated thereunder.
• "Platform" means the cl333 website, mobile browser interface, and all gaming, betting, payment, and account management services provided thereon.
• "Member" / "You" means any natural person who has registered a cl333 account and is aged 21 years or above.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Member to access cl333 services.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Member's cl333 account wallet at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit bonuses awarded to a Member's account that are subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game round placed by a Member using real-money or bonus funds on the cl333 Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before a Member's first withdrawal may be processed.
• "BDT" / "৳" means the Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which cl333 accounts are denominated and all transactions are processed.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all dates, times, and deadlines referenced on the Platform and in these Terms.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 10 of these Terms.

2Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and cl333. By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing or using the cl333 Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by:

• These Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time;
• The cl333 Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference;
• The cl333 Responsible Gaming Policy, incorporated herein by reference;
• Any specific bonus or promotional terms communicated to you at the time of any offer.

If you are accessing the cl333 Platform on behalf of another individual or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that individual or entity to these Terms. These Terms are in addition to, and do not replace or supersede, any applicable laws or regulations.

3Eligibility

To register and maintain a cl333 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are a natural person aged 21 years or older;
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited;
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
4. You have not previously been permanently excluded from the cl333 Platform or had a cl333 account terminated for cause;
5. You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of a cl333 employee or contractor in a role related to Platform operations;
6. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

cl333 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where a Member is found to be below 21 years of age, cl333 will immediately suspend the account, void all wagers placed during the underage period, and return net deposits (after any withdrawals) in accordance with applicable procedures. Any winnings generated during the underage period are not payable and will be forfeited.

4Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access cl333's gaming and betting services, you must complete the account registration process in full and accurately. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. cl333 may decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

4.2 One Account Per Member

Each individual is permitted to hold only one cl333 account at any given time. Maintaining or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, or through the use of another person's identity — is strictly prohibited. cl333 employs technical and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, cl333 reserves the right to merge or close the duplicate account(s), void associated wagers, and withhold any accrued bonuses.

4.3 Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your cl333 account is accurate and up to date at all times. In the event of a change to your name, address, contact details, or payment information, you must update your account without delay. cl333 will not be liable for failed transactions or delayed withdrawals resulting from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Member.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

cl333 is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process may require you to submit copies of government-issued photo identification (National ID Card or passport), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of ownership of your registered payment method. cl333 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal requests being held pending and, in persistent cases, account suspension.

5Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your cl333 username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform;
• Never share your login credentials with any other person;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify cl333 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

cl333 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was enabled by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. All instructions given, and all wagers placed, using your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified cl333 of a security compromise prior to the relevant activity occurring.

cl333 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages and transactions to protect data in transit. Session management tools, including automatic logout on inactivity, are in place to further protect Member accounts.

6Deposits

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

cl333 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time without prior notice. cl333 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which cl333 bears no responsibility.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method used and your account status. Members with verified accounts may be eligible for higher deposit limits. Current deposit limits for each payment method are displayed at the point of transaction within your cl333 account.

6.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your cl333 account in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take between one and three business days to reflect in your account balance. cl333 will not process deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned, less any applicable transaction costs, at cl333's discretion.

6.4 Currency

All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cl333 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any deposit submitted in a foreign currency will be declined or converted at cl333's applicable exchange rate, which may differ from the mid-market rate.

7Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Members who have completed the KYC identity verification process. A Member's real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) is withdrawable at any time subject to the conditions set out in this Section.

7.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Times

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. Estimated processing times are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: Typically within 15 minutes to 2 hours of approval;
• Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank: Typically within 1 to 3 business days of approval;
• All times are approximate and subject to the processing schedules of the relevant payment provider. Times stated are in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction, per day, and per calendar month. Members requiring information on their applicable withdrawal limits should contact cl333 support.

7.4 Withdrawal Checks

cl333 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention obligations. Such checks may temporarily delay the processing of a withdrawal request. Members are required to cooperate fully with any such checks and to provide any documentation requested within the timeframe specified by cl333.

8Bonuses & Promotions

cl333 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each offer:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money;
• Wagering requirements, validity periods, game contribution percentages, and maximum bet limits applicable to each bonus are specified in the relevant promotional terms;
• cl333 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that the rights of Members who have already commenced meeting the wagering requirements of an active bonus are not materially diminished;
• Only one bonus may be active in a Member's account at any given time unless stated otherwise in specific promotional terms;
• Bonus Funds may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or used to meet the requirements of a different promotion;
• cl333 reserves the right to reclaim bonuses and void associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, structured wagering designed to exploit bonus conditions, or collusion with other Members.

9Betting & Gaming Rules

9.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on cl333 are subject to the specific sport and market rules displayed within the relevant betting interface at the time of placement. cl333 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error. In the event of event cancellation, postponement beyond 24 hours (BST), or abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with cl333's applicable sport-specific settlement rules.

9.2 Casino and Live Casino Games

All casino games and live dealer games are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer procedures governed by the rules of the relevant game provider (including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe). In the event of a disputed game outcome, cl333's records of the game round, as supported by the relevant game provider's server logs, shall be the definitive reference. cl333 is not liable for the disconnection of a Member during a live game round where the disconnection is caused by the Member's own network or device.

9.3 Fishing and Diving Games

Fishing and diving game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems. Game rules, payout tables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each title are accessible within the game interface. cl333 does not guarantee minimum winnings from any game category.

9.4 Bet Confirmation and Finality

A wager is not confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation from the cl333 system. In the event of a technical error preventing confirmation, the wager will be treated as void and any funds deducted will be returned to your account balance. Once confirmed, a wager may not be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Member except where cl333 expressly makes a cash-out feature available for the relevant market.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cl333 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account or providing false registration information;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds for financial gain (commonly referred to as "bug abuse" or "exploit betting");
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage over cl333's systems or other Members;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on cl333;
• Colluding with other Members to exploit promotions or to manipulate game outcomes;
• Using the cl333 platform to launder funds of any origin — all suspicious transactions are reported in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider in bad faith after placing wagers;
• Accessing the cl333 Platform using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking tools with the intent to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing cl333 support staff or other Members in any communication channel.

cl333 reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal legal remedies against Members engaged in Prohibited Conduct where the financial or reputational harm to cl333 or other Members is material.

11Responsible Gaming

cl333 is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming environment for all Members. cl333 offers the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending;
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);

12Intellectual Property

All content on the cl333 Platform — including but not limited to software code, database structures, user interface design, graphics, logos, text, game assets, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of cl333 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cl333 Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any cl333 content;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically harvest data from the cl333 Platform;
• Frame, mirror, or deep-link to the cl333 Platform without prior written consent;
• Use any cl333 trademark, logo, or brand asset in any context without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of cl333's intellectual property will result in the immediate termination of your account licence and may give rise to legal proceedings.

13Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cl333 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the cl333 Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, even if cl333 has been advised of the possibility of such damages;
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or events outside cl333's reasonable control (including telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or regulatory actions);
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• The content, accuracy, or availability of third-party game software or data feeds integrated into the cl333 Platform.

cl333's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14Amendments to These Terms

cl333 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, cl333 will notify registered Members via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the cl333 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request the withdrawal of your account balance before the effective date of the change.

The version of these Terms bearing the most recent "Last updated" date at the top of this page is the version currently in force. Previous versions are not binding once superseded.
